The right AI work with the right partner.
Share your AI question or work package. We sharpen it with you and propose one partner who fits that work. No rankings, no bidding.
We're starting with a small pilot group in AI workflow automation.
In English
What is Matcherly?
Matcherly connects AI work with the party that can do it. Companies share a question, while agencies and specialists record what they're good at. After an intake, we propose one partner who fits. The rest of our website is in Dutch, but you're welcome to contact us in English.
For companies and for agencies
For companies
You know what needs to improve, not yet who can do it
✓ Describe what you want to improve. It can still be vague.
✓ We sharpen your question together: process, systems, data, timeline.
✓ You get one proposed partner, with an explanation of why they fit.
For agencies and specialists
Relevant work, without bidding
✓ You're proposed for questions that match your specialism.
✓ The question has already been sharpened before you sit down at the table.
✓ Missing capacity or a specialism yourself? Then you can outsource work.
In five steps
How it works
1
Question
You describe what you want to achieve or what work needs to be done.
2
Intake
We sharpen the question together: which process, which systems, which data, which timeline.
3
One proposal
We propose one partner who fits this specific work, and explain why.
4
Introduction
You meet and decide together whether to work together.
5
Outcome
Afterwards we hear how it went. That makes the next proposal better.
Why different
Why not a list of profiles?
Question first
Many companies know what needs to improve, but not what kind of specialist they need. That's why we start with your process, not with a search bar.
One proposal
Comparing thirty profiles takes hours and often ends in a gut-feeling choice. We make one proposal and explain why it fits. If it doesn't, we look again.
Neutral
There are no rankings, so nobody can buy priority. A partner is proposed because they fit the work, not because they're the most active on a platform.
The pilot
We're starting with AI workflow automation
A broad vision calls for a narrow start. In the pilot we focus on one kind of work: processes where people read, sort and retype a lot of text, documents or email. For example:
✓ automatically sorting and routing incoming emails;
✓ extracting data from orders, invoices or waybills;
✓ preparing customer questions with a draft reply;
✓ connecting AI to your existing systems, such as your ERP or CRM.
Doesn't your question fit exactly? Share it anyway, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Pilot group
We're starting small, on purpose
Matcherly is new. We're starting with a limited group of companies and agencies, so we can guide every question personally and learn quickly what works. For you, that means direct contact with us, an attentive intake and room to help shape how Matcherly grows.
What we ask of participants: honest feedback on how the intake, the proposal and the collaboration went.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know exactly what I need?
No. You can start with a problem, such as “we retype hundreds of orders every day”. In the intake we work out together what kind of work is needed. Sometimes the outcome is that a standard tool is enough and you don't need an agency.
What does it cost?
During the pilot, the intake and the proposal are free of charge. You make your own arrangements about the project with the partner you choose. For agencies and specialists, joining during the pilot is also free.
What happens to my data?
We only use your data to assess your question and propose a suitable partner. We only share your question with a partner after you've agreed to it.
Can a match be a team?
Yes. An AI project often requires several specialisms, such as process analysis, data, integration and governance. A proposal can therefore also be a collaboration between agencies or specialists, with one clear point of contact.
What if the proposal doesn't fit?
We'd rather hear that quickly. We'll look together at what didn't fit and search again.
Do you have an AI question, or are you an agency that wants to join?
We're starting with a small pilot group. Get in touch in English or Dutch, and we'll contact you personally.
